This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made from the ENLUSH website (“Website”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below.
- NO REFUND POLICY
ENLUSH follows a strict NO REFUND policy.
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
Once an order is placed and delivered, the purchase amount is non-refundable.
Only exchange or replacement may be considered, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
- ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT
Exchange or replacement requests will be accepted only under the following conditions:
The product is damaged at the time of delivery
The product has a manufacturing defect
An incorrect product has been delivered
No exchange or replacement shall be allowed for reasons including but not limited to:
Size or fit issues
Color or design variation
Change of mind
Personal preference
- REQUEST TIMELINE
All exchange or replacement requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
- CONDITION OF PRODUCTS
To be eligible for exchange or replacement, the product must:
Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Have original tags, labels, and packaging intact
Be free from perfume, deodorant, makeup stains, or damage
Products failing quality inspection will be rejected.
- VERIFICATION PROCESS
Customers must provide clear images or videos of the product highlighting the issue.
ENLUSH reserves the right to inspect and verify all claims before approving an exchange or replacement.
Approval is at the sole discretion of ENLUSH.
- EXCHANGE PROCESS
Exchange is subject to product and size availability.
If the requested item is unavailable, the customer may choose an alternative product of equal value.
Price differences, if any, must be borne by the customer.
- REPLACEMENT PROCESS
Replacement will be issued for the same product only, subject to stock availability.
If replacement is unavailable, an exchange of equal value may be offered.
- SHIPPING COSTS FOR EXCHANGE
Shipping charges for approved exchanges or replacements may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
ENLUSH reserves the right to revise exchange shipping charges.
- NON-RETURNABLE / NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for exchange or replacement:
Products marked as “Final Sale”
Accessories (unless damaged or defective)
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
Orders placed during clearance or special sale events
- CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
- FAILURE TO ACCEPT DELIVERY
If the customer refuses delivery or fails to accept delivery after multiple attempts, the order will be considered fulfilled.
No refund, exchange, or replacement will be applicable in such cases.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ENLUSH shall not be liable for:
Minor color variations due to lighting or screen resolution
Delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events
Incorrect sizing chosen by the customer

ENLUSH reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or deny exchange/replacement in cases of policy abuse or suspicious activity.
All decisions made by ENLUSH regarding returns and exchanges shall be final and binding.

ENLUSH reserves the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Updates shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
