- SHIPPING LOCATIONS
ENLUSH currently ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders placed from outside India for delivery to an Indian address are accepted.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Orders are shipped only after successful payment confirmation.
ENLUSH reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to unforeseen circumstances, including stock unavailability or verification requirements.

- CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS
Shipping address changes are permitted only before the order is dispatched.
Once dispatched, address changes cannot be accommodated.
- DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier partner may attempt re-delivery.
If delivery fails after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to ENLUSH.
In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
- SPLIT SHIPMENTS
ENLUSH may ship products in separate packages if an order contains multiple items or if items are sourced from different locations.
- DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS
Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and notify ENLUSH customer support immediately.
Claims for damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
- LOST SHIPMENTS
If an order is marked as delivered but not received, customers must report the issue within 48 hours.

- CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD availability is subject to location and order value.
